Department of Health and Human Services must study and report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services by December 1, 2014 regarding expansion of the Health Care Cost Reduction and Transparency Act of 2013.

Report must identify recommended categories of additional health care providers that should be subject to transparency requirements.

Report must specify recommended data to be collected for transparency purposes from each identified category of health care providers.

Report must identify any recommended exemptions from Act requirements for specific categories of health care providers.

Report must recommend effective dates for applying transparency requirements to each category of identified health care providers.
