Increases the minimum fine for violating G.S. 20-219.2 (removal of unauthorized vehicles from private lots) from $100 to $150.

Changes the penalty structure from "not more than" to "not less than" the specified fine amount, making $150 the minimum penalty in the court's discretion.

Applies to infractions committed on or after December 1, 2013.

Ratified by the General Assembly on June 18, 2013 and approved by Governor Pat McCrory on June 26, 2013.
