• Appropriates funds from the General Fund of the State for maintenance and operation of state departments, institutions, and agencies for the biennium ending June 30, 2015.

• Appropriates funds from the State Highway Fund for maintenance and operation of the Department of Transportation for the biennium ending June 30, 2015.

• Appropriates funds from the State Highway Trust Fund for the Department of Transportation and other enumerated purposes for the biennium ending June 30, 2015.

• Appropriates federal block grant funds for DHHS and NER programs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.
