Requires Division of Motor Vehicles hearings on license revocations resulting from ignition interlock violations to be held in the licensee's county of residence instead of the county where the charge was brought.

Applies specifically when the evidence of violation is an alcohol concentration report from an ignition interlock system.

Hearing officer may still subpoena witnesses and documents as needed, and the hearing remains limited to determining whether the interlock requirement existed and whether specific violations occurred.

Becomes effective October 1, 2014, and applies to hearings requested on or after that date.
