Adds new subsection (b) to G.S. 44A-75 establishing a method to terminate aircraft labor and storage liens through surety bond deposit with the clerk of court.

Allows lien termination when a surety bond equal to one and one-fourth times the amount of the claimed lien is deposited with the court clerk, conditioned on payment of the finally determined amount due.

Requires the lienor or lienor's agent to release the aircraft to the owner when a qualifying surety bond deposit is made.

Effective upon becoming law on March 28, 2013, and applies to liens perfected under Article 5 of Chapter 44A on or after that date.
