Establishes a 17-member Legislative Task Force on the Prevention of Sexual Abuse of Children with members appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House, plus state agency directors.

Task Force shall study child sexual abuse prevention by gathering occurrence data, identifying statewide prevention goals, examining age-appropriate K-6 curriculum, and increasing awareness of warning signs and support resources.

Task Force has authority under G.S. 120-19 to conduct business, may meet in the Legislative Building, and shall receive professional and clerical staff support from the General Assembly.

Task Force shall submit final report with recommendations and proposed legislation to the 2015 General Assembly and terminates January 1, 2015, or upon filing its report, whichever is first.

Allocates $50,000 from Legislative Services Commission funds for fiscal year 2014-2015 to support the Task Force's study.
