Extends the terms of office for the mayor and board of aldermen of the Town of Proctorville from two years to four years.

Beginning in 2015 and quadrennially thereafter, the mayor and three aldermen shall be elected to serve four-year terms.

Does not affect the terms of office for persons elected in 2013, allowing current officials to complete their existing two-year terms.

Repeals Section 15 of the Town of Proctorville's Charter (Chapter 369 of the Private Laws of 1913, as amended).

Became effective upon ratification on June 24, 2014.
