Establishes second adjournment on August 15, 2014 with reconvening on November 17, 2014 at 6:00 p.m.

Limits matters considered during November 17, 2014 session to Medicaid-related bills, state litigation, judicial confirmations under G.S. 7A-45.1(a10), and a final sine die adjournment resolution.
