Authorizes the Section of Correction Enterprises within the Division of Adult Correction to sell eyeglasses to licensed health professionals for distribution to Medicaid and NC Health Choice enrollees.

Restricts eyeglasses sales to health professionals at no more than Correction Enterprises' cost of acquisition, prohibiting markup or resale.

Requires health professionals submitting orders to Correction Enterprises to include the program identification number of the enrollee receiving the eyeglasses.

Adds this authority as a new permitted sales category alongside existing authorized purchasers including state agencies, local governments, tax-exempt organizations, and state employees.

Effective upon enactment.
