Replaces all references to "More at Four Pre-Kindergarten Program" with "NC Pre-K Program" in G.S. 115C-242 and G.S. 143B-168.12(a)(1)n. to reflect program name changes as recommended by the joint legislative oversight committee on health and human services.

Removes obsolete language regarding the More at Four program from school bus transportation regulations and North Carolina Partnership for Children, Inc. board composition requirements.

Renames Part 6 of Article 1B of Chapter 130A (Advisory Council on Rare Diseases) to "Taylor's Law Establishing the Advisory Council on Rare Diseases."

Adds language designating Part 6 as Taylor's Law within G.S. 130A-33.65(a), effective immediately upon enactment.

Ratified June 16, 2016 and approved by Governor Pat McCrory on June 22, 2016.
