Confirms the Governor's reappointment of Raymond E. Grace as Commissioner of Banks for a term beginning April 1, 2015, and expiring March 31, 2019.

Reappointment is made pursuant to G.S. 53C-2-2(a), which requires the Governor to quadrennially appoint a Commissioner of Banks subject to General Assembly confirmation by joint resolution.

The Governor submitted Grace's name to the General Assembly by the February 1, 2015, deadline as required by statute.

Resolution becomes effective upon ratification and was ratified on June 2, 2016.
