Eliminates the $50 threshold for reporting donor identity, requiring all contributions to be disclosed with donor name, address, and principal occupation regardless of amount.

Removes language that previously allowed treasurers to avoid reporting details for contributions of $50 or less during an election cycle.

Requires complete disclosure of all contributions including job title, employer name, and employer's field of business activity for every donor.

Effective January 1, 2017, applying to all contributions made on or after that date.
