Changes reporting frequencies for several programs, including increasing Energy Policy Council reports from biennial to annual and decreasing Terminal Groins Pilot Project reports from annual to every five years.

Redirects four interagency reports from the Environmental Review Commission to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Agriculture and Natural and Economic Resources, including reports on Superfund cost sharing and drinking water fund expenditures.

Updates reporting deadlines and recipients for various environmental programs administered by the Department of Environmental Quality and other state agencies, with most consolidated reports due by January 1, 2017 or later.
