Enacts the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (Chapter 36F) to establish procedures for fiduciaries and designated recipients to access users' digital assets held by custodians.

Allows users to direct disclosure of digital assets through online tools, with such directions overriding conflicting terms-of-service agreements or other documents like wills and powers of attorney.

Establishes specific procedures for personal representatives, agents, trustees, and guardians to request disclosure of digital assets, catalogues of electronic communications, and content of electronic communications from custodians.

Requires custodians to comply with disclosure requests within 60 days and permits reasonable administrative charges; grants custodians immunity for good faith compliance and allows them to request court orders to verify authority or address undue burden.

Makes conforming amendments to statutes governing personal representatives, powers of attorney, trustees, and guardians to explicitly authorize them to obtain and disclose digital assets as provided in Chapter 36F.
