Appropriates $814,789 in recurring General Fund dollars to the Department of Administration's Human Relations Commission for fiscal year 2016-2017.

Allocates $269,382 of the appropriated funds to establish five new positions: one Administrative Assistant I, three Human Relations Specialist I positions, and one Program Assistant V (intake specialist).

Restricts the Commission from increasing funding for advertising and training by more than 5% above current levels, with an exception for public education efforts about legal rights and available resources.

Requires the Commission to use appropriated funds exclusively for activities mandated by statute related to its operations.

Effective July 1, 2016.
