Modifies G.S. 143-548 regarding the Vocational Rehabilitation Council to allow the representative of a parent training and information center to serve unlimited consecutive terms, matching exceptions already granted to the Client Assistance Program representative and directors of section 121 projects.

Modifies G.S. 140-5.13 regarding the North Carolina Museum of Art Board of Trustees to change General Assembly appointments from two-year terms with a two-term limit to four-year terms with a three-term limit.

Maintains six-year terms for non-General Assembly Board of Trustees appointments, with a two-consecutive-term limit unchanged.

Becomes effective upon enactment.
