Property description begins at an Iron Pin control corner and follows a detailed boundary line with specific bearings and distances.

Preserves the Town of Maggie Valley's existing liens for ad valorem taxes and special assessments on the deannexed property, which may be collected or foreclosed after the effective date.

Becomes effective June 30, 2015.
