Authorizes retired business court judges to be recalled to active service as senior business court judges by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Allows emergency judges of the superior court who were special superior court judges assigned to hear complex business cases to be recalled and designated as senior business court judges for up to five years from their commission date.

Establishes eligibility requirements for recall: judge must have been retiring from a special superior court judge term assigned to hear complex business cases, and their nomination to a successive term must be pending or not acted upon by the General Assembly.

Provides compensation of $500 per day of active service for recalled judges serving as senior business court judges, in addition to actual expenses and existing retirement allowances.

Changes title of lead business court judge from "Senior Business Court Judge" to "Chief Business Court Judge" and allows that position to include judges serving upon recall.
