Requires the State Board of Education to mandate administration of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services civics naturalization test to all high school students as part of a required social studies course.

Test consists of 100 questions from which USCIS selects questions for the civics portion of the naturalization exam.

Limits the test to no more than 10% of a student's grade in the required social studies course.

Effective upon passage and applies beginning with the 2015-2016 school year.
