Increases fees charged by the State Board of Barber Examiners for various licenses and permits, including barber certificates from $50 to $100 and examination fees from $85 to $135.

Raises late fees for certificate restoration, ranging from increases of $50 to $85 depending on the certificate type and duration of expiration.

Removes the provision allowing civil penalties to be imposed on registered barbers whose certificates have expired for more than six months.

Eliminates the fee waiver for barbers 70 years and older, which previously charged no fee for certificate renewal.

Effective upon enactment and applies to applications submitted on or after the law takes effect.
