Allows the Department of Insurance to charge differential license processing fees based on the effort necessary to process applications for different categories of applicants and licensees in contracts with the Agent Services Division.

Permits contracting parties to charge different fees for license application processing services depending on the complexity or category of each applicant or licensee.

Requires the Department to include this differential fee option in its next request for proposal for a licensing administrative services contract.

Effective immediately upon enactment and applies to all Department of Insurance license processing service contracts entered into on or after the effective date.
