Increases mandatory retirement age for judges, justices, and magistrates from 72 to 75 years old.

Changes retirement date from the last day of the month to December 31st of the calendar year in which they reach the mandatory retirement age.

Allows recalled retired judges, justices, and magistrates to continue serving during temporary service periods as specified in existing law.

Updates the Judicial Employees' Retirement System to align automatic retirement provisions with the new 75-year-old age requirement.

Effective December 1, 2015, applying to all justices, judges, and magistrates holding office or appointed after that date.
