Appropriates $362,000 from the Highway Fund to the Town of Harrisburg for installing a traffic light at the intersection of Tom Query Road and Robinson Church Road, requiring a $38,000 local match from the town.

Appropriates $200,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Public Safety for constructing fencing to enclose 13 buildings at the Stonewall Jackson Youth Development Center in Concord.

Both appropriations are nonrecurring funds designated for the 2015-2016 fiscal year.

Effective July 1, 2015.
