Changes the earliest date for one-stop voting from the second Thursday before an election to the third Thursday before an election, effectively extending early voting by one week.

Allows county boards of elections to conduct one-stop voting until 5:00 P.M. on the last Saturday before an election, in addition to the mandatory 1:00 P.M. closing time.

Removes subsections (g2) and (g3), which previously required counties that operated multiple one-stop sites in 2010 or 2012 to maintain the same cumulative voting hours and restricted boards' ability to reduce hours.

Effective for elections held on or after September 1, 2015.
