Increases membership of the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission from 31 to 32 members.

Adds one member selected by the North Carolina Chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates to the at-large group of commission members.

Designates the new FBI National Academy Associates representative as one of the members with a one-year initial term.

Grants the Commission Chairman a deciding vote in the event of a tie vote among commission members.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
