Requires health benefit plans to cover orally administered anticancer drugs on a basis no less favorable than intravenously administered or injected anticancer drugs.

Prohibits prior authorization, dollar limits, co-payments, coinsurance, or deductibles on oral anticancer drugs that do not apply equally to intravenous or injected anticancer drugs.

Prevents insurers from achieving compliance through reclassification of drugs or increased cost-sharing on anticancer drugs unless the same increases apply to comparable medical or pharmaceutical benefits.

Effective January 1, 2016 for insurance contracts or policies issued, renewed, or amended on or after that date, unless deemed to exceed essential health benefits under federal law.
