Reduces the number of prior impaired driving convictions required to charge habitual impaired driving from three or more offenses to two or more offenses within 10 years.

Adds a second pathway to habitual impaired driving: a person who has been previously convicted of habitual impaired driving can be charged again for driving while impaired.

Applies to offenses committed on or after December 1, 2015.
