Create new Schedule I category for NBOMe compounds, including 12 specific variants (25B-NBOMe, 25C-NBOMe, 25D-NBOMe, 25E-NBOMe, 25G-NBOMe, 25H-NBOMe, 25I-NBOMe, 25N-NBOMe, 25P-NBOMe, 25T2-NBOMe, 25T4-NBOMe, and 25T7-NBOMe).

Expand Schedule II stimulant provisions to explicitly include salts and isomers of Methylphenidate and Lisdexamfetamine.

Expand Schedule VI synthetic cannabinoid definitions to include indole and indazole carboxaldehydes, carboxamides, and carboxylic acids with specific structural requirements; effective December 1, 2015.
