Authorizes the City of Greensboro to disclose limited personnel information regarding the disposition of disciplinary charges against police officers to any person and members of a police review board.

Expands the definition of "disposition of disciplinary charges" to include determinations such as sustained, not sustained, unfounded, exonerated, classified as an information file, or any other disciplinary disposition category adopted by the Greensboro Police Department.

Allows the city manager or chief of police to release the disposition of disciplinary charges and supporting facts to the Human Relations Commission Complaint Subcommittee, successor boards, or committees established for citizen review of the police disciplinary process, including police review boards.

Permits disclosure of disciplinary charge dispositions to the person alleged to have been affected by an officer's actions or that person's survivor, with Commission members required to maintain confidentiality and execute confidentiality agreements.

Applies exclusively to the City of Greensboro and becomes effective upon passage.
