Increases court costs for sheriffs' supplemental pension fund from $1.25 to $2.50 per criminal conviction or guilty plea in superior and district courts, effective July 1, 2015.

Allows unused sick leave accrued under the Local Governmental Employees' Retirement System to be applied as eligible service credit in the sheriffs' supplemental pension fund at a rate of one month of credit per 20 days of sick leave.

Applies the sick leave provision retroactively to sheriffs who have already accrued sick leave and elect to transfer it, subject to notification requirements and all restrictions of G.S. 128-26(e).

Exempts the sick leave provision from expiration on January 31, 2019, while the pension fund provision becomes effective July 1, 2015, with a transition rule for misdemeanor cases cited before that date.
