Grants funeral processions the right-of-way at intersections regardless of traffic control signs or signals, with exceptions for emergency vehicles and law enforcement direction.

Removes the requirement that the lead vehicle in a funeral procession comply with traffic control signals before the procession can proceed through intersections.

Provides immunity from liability to funeral directors and funeral establishments for deaths, personal injuries, or property damage caused by vehicle operators in a funeral procession, except when the funeral establishment itself operates a vehicle negligently.

Clarifies that operators in funeral processions must still exercise reasonable care toward other vehicles and pedestrians, and cannot join a procession solely to gain right-of-way privileges.

Becomes effective December 1, 2015.
