Authorizes the Division of Motor Vehicles to issue a special registration plate for South Caldwell High School Band Boosters bearing the school name and a logo selected by the school.

Establishes an additional fee of $30.00 for the special plate, with $10.00 directed to the Special Registration Plate Account and $20.00 to the Collegiate and Cultural Attraction Plate Account.

Requires the Division to transfer quarterly funds from the Collegiate and Cultural Attraction Plate Account derived from plate sales to South Caldwell Band Boosters, Inc. to support the operating expenses of the South Caldwell High School Marching Band.

Extends the deadline for accepting Special Registration Plate Development Applications for this plate through April 15, 2015, notwithstanding prior deadlines.

Becomes effective July 1, 2015, except for the application deadline extension which takes effect upon enactment.
