Removes Parcel C-3 (11.90 acres) from the corporate limits of the Town of Shallotte, with property location detailed in a survey plat dated April 30, 2013, recorded in Brunswick County.

Includes non-exclusive right-of-way and easement provisions for ingress, egress, and utility services over a 40-foot driveway access area that runs with both tracts C-3 and C-4.

Preserves the Town of Shallotte's existing liens for ad valorem taxes and special assessments on the property, allowing collection or foreclosure after deannexation as if the property remained within municipal limits.

Becomes effective June 30, 2015.
