Modifies G.S. 20-118(c)(12) to clarify road weight limitation exceptions for agricultural vehicles transporting products and supplies.

Expands the definition of agricultural dairy and crop products to include items transported from a farm to a processing plant or market.

Changes the restriction on water, fertilizer, pesticides, seeds, fuel, and animal waste to allow transportation to or from a farm, or from one farm to another farm.

Removes the previous requirement that these items be transported by a vehicle specifically defined as a "farm vehicle" under G.S. 20-37.16(e)(3).

Becomes effective July 1, 2015.
