Ratifies the 2008 North Carolina Geodetic Survey's resurvey of the historic 1849 boundary line between Guilford County and Alamance County as the true and accurate county boundary.

Effective July 1, 2015, all property records, tax documents, and legal filings for affected areas must be recorded in the county where the property is now located according to the resurvey.

Property owners in affected areas retain choice of school systems: students attending Alamance or Guilford County schools during 2014-2015 may continue in their current system through high school graduation without tuition or release requirements.

Voter registration records, jury lists, and court jurisdictions (Superior Court Districts 18 and 15A, District Court Districts 18 and 15A, Prosecutorial Districts 18 and 15A) are transferred to match the new county boundaries effective July 1, 2015.

Ad valorem taxes transfer to the appropriate county as of July 1, 2015, with unpaid taxes remaining enforceable by the original county; both counties are shielded from liability related to the boundary line adjustment.
