Exempts government-issued mobile telephone numbers of public safety personnel from disclosure as public records under North Carolina law.

Applies exemption to sworn law enforcement officers and nonsworn employees of public law enforcement agencies.

Applies exemption to fire department employees.

Applies exemption to any employee whose duties include responding to an emergency.

Effective upon becoming law.
