Authorizes (but does not require) the Rutherford County Board of Commissioners to terminate and dissolve the Rutherford Airport Authority

Requires the Authority to transfer all real and personal property to Rutherford County upon dissolution, with ownership automatically transferred on the effective date if the Authority does not execute the necessary documents

Requires the Authority to assign all executory contracts to the County, with automatic assignment of all rights and obligations on the effective date of dissolution

Repeals Chapter 335 of the 1971 Session Laws, Section 10 of Chapter 955 of the 1989 Session Laws, S.L. 2005-105, and S.L. 2013-181 if the Board dissolves the Authority

Permits Rutherford County to operate the Rutherford County Airport as a public enterprise under G.S. 153A-274 following dissolution of the Authority
