Removes specifically described property in Rutherford County from the corporate limits of the Town of Lake Lure, effective June 30, 2015.

The property being deannexed includes the easternmost portion of land conveyed to Eagle Camp, LLC, as recorded in Book 1017, Page 188 of the Rutherford County Registry, with boundaries defined by detailed metes and bounds description.

Preserves the Town of Lake Lure's ability to collect or foreclose on any outstanding ad valorem tax liens or special assessments on the removed property as if it remained within corporate limits.

Maintains all existing easements, restrictions, and rights-of-way that were recorded against the property, including restrictive covenants recorded in Book 836, Pages 624 and 628 of the Rutherford County Registry.
