Establishes a sixth tier (26th step) for the salary schedule of school psychologists, school speech pathologists with master's degrees or higher, and school audiologists with master's degrees or higher, effective July 1, 2015.

Sets the first step of the salary schedule for these professionals equivalent to Step 5 of the "A" Teacher salary schedule for the 2015-2017 fiscal biennium, with an additional 10% monthly salary supplement.

Allows these employees to receive salary supplements equivalent to teachers for academic preparation at the six-year degree level or doctoral degree level.

Establishes that the 26th step of the salary schedule shall be 7.5% higher than the 25th step, beginning with the 2015-2016 fiscal year.
