Classifies probation/parole officers as "Law-Enforcement Officers" under the Teachers' and State Employees' Retirement System (TSERS) for service rendered on or after July 1, 2015.

Enhances retirement benefits for probation/parole officers by granting them law-enforcement officer status within the state retirement system.

Effective date is July 1, 2015, and applies to persons retiring on or after that date.
