Requires the State Board of Education to provide student performance data from statewide assessments to students, parents, and teachers within five days of testing when practicable, including the standard tested, whether responses were correct or incorrect, and item-level performance data.

Directs teachers to receive aggregate data showing the percentage and number of students who answered each test item correctly to help identify instructional gaps and adjust lesson plans.

Increases from 10 to 15 instructional days for year-long courses and from 5 to 10 instructional days for semester courses within which all annual assessments and final exams must be administered.

Effective beginning with the 2015-2016 school year.
