Authorizes a new Carolina Panthers special registration plate featuring the phrase "Keep Pounding," the Panthers logo, and letters "CP" to be issued to motor vehicle owners

Sets the additional fee for the Carolina Panthers plate at $30.00 above regular registration fees, with $10 distributed to the Special Registration Plate Account and $20 to the Collegiate and Cultural Attraction Plate Account

Requires the Division of Motor Vehicles to transfer quarterly revenues from Carolina Panthers plate sales: one-half to the Keep Pounding Fund of Carolinas Healthcare Foundation for cancer research at Carolinas Medical Center, and one-half to Carolina Panthers Charities Fund of Foundation for the Carolinas for youth athletics and education programs

Prohibits the Division from issuing or producing additional Carolina Panthers plates under the previous authorization in G.S. 20-79.4(b)(185)

Effective July 1, 2015
