Direct the Legislative Research Commission (LRC) to study existing childhood immunization laws under Part 2 of Article 6 of Chapter 130A of the General Statutes.

Require the LRC to examine current medical and scientific evidence on required immunizations and study health problems occurring after immunizations, including potential links to autism.

Task the LRC with recommending whether to add or eliminate immunizations from the state's childhood immunization schedule.

Direct the LRC to recommend whether to repeal or amend current medical and religious exemptions from immunization requirements, or add new exemptions.

Require the LRC to report findings and recommended legislative changes to the 2016 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
