Removes requirement that reproductive health and safety education materials be reviewed by "experts in the field of sexual health education," replacing it with "experts" without specific field designation.

Prohibits teaching about emergency contraceptive drugs marketed as "Preven" or "Plan B" or equivalent drugs that may cause spontaneous abortions as part of contraceptive effectiveness and safety instruction.

Maintains existing requirements for reproductive health and safety education in grades 7 and above, including instruction on abstinence, sexually transmitted diseases, sexual assault awareness, and contraceptive methods (except those noted above).

Applies to school year 2015-2016 and beyond.
