Permits the lawful sale of deer skins taken through hunting, subject to tagging and reporting requirements and Wildlife Resources Commission season limits.

Amends G.S. 113-291.3(b) to add deer skins to the list of wildlife products that may be legally bought, sold, possessed, transported, and given as gifts.

Applies to deer lawfully taken on or after October 1, 2015.

Places deer skin sales under the same regulatory framework as other fur-bearing animal products, with the Wildlife Resources Commission authorized to set rules and season limits.
