Requires state agencies providing housing assistance or housing-related services to report annually to the Division of Veterans Affairs by April 1, detailing the number of veterans served and percentage of total clients who were veterans.

Mandates agencies report the types of housing services provided to veterans, funds spent on veterans as a percentage of total housing expenditures, and summary of advertising efforts targeting veterans.

Directs the Division of Veterans Affairs to publish all received reports, a summary of findings, and a list of non-compliant agencies on its website by June 1 annually.

Defines a veteran as someone with qualifying military service in the U.S. Armed Forces or related services, including those serving less than 24 months if during wartime or if service resulted in death or disability, who was honorably discharged.

Effective upon passage with first reports due April 1, 2017.
