Authorizes municipalities to enforce state law regarding political sign placement on state highway system portions within their corporate limits.

Prohibits placement of political signs on medians or traffic islands within state highways and municipal streets.

Permits political signs on highway rights-of-way during the period beginning 30 days before one-stop early voting and ending 10 days after election day, subject to specific placement requirements (minimum 3 feet from pavement edge, maximum 42 inches height, maximum 864 square inches size, no visibility obstruction).

Requires sign removal by the end of the permitted time period and makes unlawful removal, defacement, or vandalism of lawfully placed signs a Class 3 misdemeanor.

Authorizes municipalities to remove signs violating placement requirements and allows municipalities to adopt ordinances further prohibiting or regulating political signs on municipal rights-of-way and medians.
