Requires corporations to notify all requesting stockholders within 48 hours of making an independent expenditure or electioneering communication, including amount, recipient, date, and purpose.

Mandates corporations post notices of independent expenditures and electioneering communications on their websites if maintained, and include complete lists in annual reports.

Becomes effective October 1, 2015.
