Allows persons or entities employing or contracting with a company police agency to enter into joint agreements with municipalities to extend law enforcement authority of company police officers throughout the municipality's jurisdiction.

Permits company police agencies to enter into joint agreements with county governing boards and the county sheriff to extend law enforcement authority throughout the county's jurisdiction.

Authorizes the determining of circumstances in which the extension of law enforcement authority may be granted under both municipal and county agreements.

Effective upon enactment into law.
