Authorize the towns of Caswell Beach, Lilesville, and Peachland to enroll their employees and dependents in the State Health Plan for Teachers and State Employees.

Amend G.S. 135-48.47(a) to add Caswell Beach, Lilesville, and Peachland to the list of local government units eligible to participate in the State Health Plan, alongside the existing towns of Elizabethtown and Matthews and Montgomery County.

Participation in the Plan remains contingent on each local government unit complying with provisions of G.S. 135-48.47 and Article 3, as well as any policies adopted by the Plan.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
